Payment Terms

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months

Termination

- Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately

Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States
- Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
- You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Aqidium and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:
- Trademarks: Aqidium name, logo, and all related names and logos
- Copyrights: All text, graphics, user interfaces, and software
- Trade Secrets: Proprietary methods, algorithms, and business processes
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without written permission.
